Can I move from Tally ERP 9 to a new ERP without losing my old data?
Yes. Varisya maps your Tally ERP 9 ledgers, item and party masters, opening balances, GST return history and open invoices and orders into the Nidhi Suite, so nothing is retyped. Your old Tally data is not deleted — you keep it, and both systems run side by side until the numbers match.

Your data moves across: ledgers, masters, opening balances, GST return history and open documents. TDL customisations are code written for Tally, so they do not move automatically. In the free assessment we list each one and tell you whether it is rebuilt in the Nidhi Suite, replaced by a standard feature, or no longer needed. You know this before you commit.
Our CA still works in Tally — will they be able to work with our books after we move?
Yes. In the assessment we ask what your CA needs from you each month and at year-end: trial balance, ledger statements and GST return data. Before go-live we check that you can produce each of them from Nidhi Books. Your old Tally data stays available for earlier years.
