That covers moving masters, open balances and the history you need into the Nidhi Suite, checking it against your old system, and running both in parallel until your team signs off. Scope is agreed on the consultation call; there is no separate migration invoice.
We are a 30-person company in India — are we too small to be a Varisya client?
No. A 30-person business is squarely in our range. The plans start at ₹39,000/year precisely because most Indian SMEs that have outgrown Tally, an old ERP or a set of spreadsheets cannot justify a ₹15 to ₹30 lakh implementation project or a full-time technology hire. Where we are a poor fit is at the two extremes: a five-person business that fits a standard SaaS tool perfectly is better off staying there, and a company building a software product for sale needs its own in-house team, not a partner on a retainer.
Do we own the software and the data if we stop working with Varisya?
Yes. The Nidhi Suite runs on cloud or your own servers — your choice — and either way the database and the data are yours. Domains, hosting accounts and credentials are held in your name. If an engagement ends you keep the running system and your data, and we hand over the documentation for it. This is a deliberate contrast to per-seat SaaS, where leaving means exporting what the vendor allows you to export.
Is the price per month or per year, and does it change with headcount?
